Your Class - Your Body - For You

6:00-7:00am Friday [Virtual Venue]

Body Sculpt 60

60 minute full body workout focusing on upper body, lower body and core in isolated movements, combinations, and HIIT segments. You are guaranteed to burn some serious calories. You will need a mat or carpeted surface near by and light weights are recommended (dumbbells, wine bottles, laundry detergent all work!)

4:30-5:30pm Thursday [Virtual Venue]

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. You will dance to Reggaetone, Merengue, Soca, HipHop, Salsa, ChaCha, Calypso, Belly Dance, African, and so many more fusions!

12:15-12:45pm Thursday [Virtual Venue]

Booty Burn + Core

30 minute workout designed to target your glutes and core! We will lift, shape, and firm your booty while also engaging your abdominal muscles in focused movements and exercises. Please make sure you have plenty of space to move, water and a mat/carpeted surface. Dumbbell weights and a resistance band are optional. They are nice to have on hand for some added resistance if you have them!

5:45 - 6:15pm Monday [Virtual Venue]

Body Sculpt 30

Pop-Up Only

Total Body Chair + Abs

60 minutes of total body sculpt using a chair, dumbbells, and a mat as workout tools! Includes four rounds of full body toning using the chair to elevate your workout in complexity, range of motion, stability, power, and control. You may also see a HIIT session sneak in there to take your workout to the next level! Are you ready to transform your body?
