Just did the arms and abs video and a small treadmill workout!! Thank you for everything you post, I just really connect with your style. Already down about 2 pounds since slowly tweaking food habits.
Ok Jess so I wanted to tell you that though today was rough I loved every bit of your class it was different in a good way. I loved that segment of 90 degree knee touch things. The burpee low squat was challenging and I loved to Superman action at the end... basically I loved it all and I love you for giving us your all 1000% of the time 🥰🥰😘😘😘💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
